We believe in fairness and transparency. Our pricing model reflects that – you pay for what you use, and you can always take control of your costs.
During the free trial we'll get a gauge on the size of your Cliniko account. And while the size of the account doesn't directly impact your Peptalkr costs, it indicates how much sending you might do.
We can then tell you what your indicative cost per month will be before your plan renews.
Plus, you can set a limit on your account to keep it in check!
Unfortunately not. We are two entirely separate systems. You will need to purchase Peptalkr SMS credit packs to use our SMS system.

We charge in Australian Dollars (AUD) currently. Only Australian-based users will be subject to 10% GST.

In almost every situation, yes. There are a handful of Mailchimp plans cheaper than Peptalkr - but these are their 'Standard' plans. Peptalkr plans are more equivalent to much higher priced 'Premium' plans.
With Mailchimp, you also get no where near the amount of Cliniko-integrated features and capabilities - not even close!
